The CPS is planning to take a new approach to cases involving child sexual abuse and the way the police and prosecutors handle cases of alleged sexual abuse. This consultation asked for feedback on the guidelines for prosecuting cases, which are intended to change the way victims of child sexual abuse are perceived. The interim guidelines are here
