Submission to UN Draft General Comment on Article 6 of OHCHR Convenant

In July 2017, during its 120th session, the UN Human Rights Committee finalised its first reading of draft General Comment on article 6 [Right to Life] of the Covenant and subsequently invited all interested stakeholders to comment on the Committee's Draft.
