A student elective is a golden opportunity to do something different and learn new things. It's a chance to see life and medicine in another setting and to look at the world from a different perspective. For many students, it's an experience that changes the way they live and shapes their future.
Deciding what to do, where to go and how to get there can seem a daunting task but CMF has lots of resources to help.

Over 80 hospitals around the world which accept elective students. They are all Christian hospitals but many are open to students of other faiths or none.
Over 30 organisations which arrange electives for students. They will connect you with a hospital and help with arrangements. Additional information is found in our mission directory.
