The General Medical Council on 27 March 2009 launched a consultation on new draft guidance, End of life treatment and care: Good practice in decision-making.
CMF was asked to make comments on an earlier draft of the guidance and will be making a formal submission in due course.
CMF General Secretary Peter Saunders took part in a head-to-head interview on some of the issues raised by the draft guidance in the Times on 3 April
