I'm a final year medical student in Nigeria and the Eastern Zonal General Secretary of the Nigerian Conference of Christian Medical and Dental Students (NCCMDS).
Nucleus has been a great source of inspiration to me as it handles medically related matters in the light of God's divine word. Your publication stands out to prove one truth - that Christians can be members of the medical profession without compromising their faith but rather positively affect the profession and the patients.
I just wanted to encourage you on the good job. Keep it up!

Editor,
Greetings from Beijing, China. I'm a Mongolian student studying in Beijing. I left the ICMDA World Congress last summer with a wish to gather together medical students here in Beijing. After several months of prayer, we finally had our first meeting last Sunday. There are 14 of us, we are from eight different countries. We decided to meet once a week for a time of prayer and worship. Could you please send us Nucleus magazine?
Thank you! Please lift us up in your prayers, so that the Spirit of unity would be among us.
God bless!

Managing Editor,
Why don't students write letters any more? Yes, it's great to have encouragements from medics overseas, but no one from the UK has written to me in ages.
Is it because the topics we cover aren't worth debating? Perhaps it's a sign of post-modern apathy (or at least that they can't be bothered). Are they just too busy? Maybe they don't read the journal…
Surely there must be something we say that's worth commenting on, discussing or disagreeing with. How about some suggestions for articles we should cover in the future? Perhaps I'm asking a lot, but wouldn't it be nice to get the odd response occasionally, to know that there are some readers out there?
Please help,
Helen Barratt
