Editor,
Greetings in the name of our victorious king, Jesus Christ, from all of us at the Christian Medical Fellowship in Korle-Bu, Accra.
We have received the copies of the January 2003 edition of Nucleus you sent us. Thank you very much indeed. In the very recent past doctors in Ghana did not have to contend with issues such as euthanasia, debates on the status of the fetus, etc. However, these issues are beginning to emerge in our part of the world, and for us who have been blessed to have access to it over the years, Nucleus has proven to be a valuable resource preparing us to be better able to respond to the increasing questioning of traditional Christian viewpoints.
We have just finished work on our magazine, Aroma, and recently held our national conference involving Christian medical fellowships from all three medical campuses in Ghana. The theme was ‘Challenges of the 21st Century: The Christian Medic’s Response’.
Thank you again, and may the Lord continue to bless all of you at Nucleus with his counsel and keeping power.
Yours in our Lord’s service,
Michael Acquah
